REFUND POLICY

RTS: No refunds. The exception to this rule is if we have failed to properly represent what you are purchasing (size,scale etc.)

CUSTOM:Due to the custom nature of our products there are no refunds on these order.

PREORDER:No refunds. The exception to this rule is if we have failed to properly represent what you are purchasing (size,scale etc.)

If scaling was not specified at checkout, it is printers choice.No refunds will be given for unsatisfactory sizing.  

*Colors may vary slightly due to color differences between fabric and monitor*

TAT IS 3-5 days for RTS and 3-4 weeks for CUSTOM and PREORDER. 

*If your custom/preorder come in defective on part of LB and Mommy or supplier, customer will be notified of defect. If you choose to keep product a partial refund based on defect will be given. Otherwise a refund will be given*
